OFISHially one of the best things I’ve eaten all year — red mullet with asparagus ragout finished with a sea urchin and wasabi sauce courtesy of Caprice’s new asparagus and sea urchin menu. The sea urchin cream sauce was insanely delicious. I could put it on everything!
